The draughtsmen commissioned to carry out this work are all experienced in their relative field, including over 40 years combined experience in estate agency and draughtsmanship, with representative offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Ipswich and Manchester.

Prices start at £295 per property or 15p per sq ft (whichever is greater) and £225 or 15p per sq ft (whichever is greater) for any subsequent unit within the same building.

Whichever area they work in, our commissioned draughtsmen liaise closely with the relative overseeing body to ensure compliance with the variety of rules and regulations, whether this is the RICS, HMLR, LFPD or licensing authorities. Whichever body it is they pride themselves on knowing the current requirements you will need to be compliant with.
